Kolay Tercüman is a quoting platform built to get your document translation to an office you can check.
What we do
When an official document needs translating, two questions are hard to answer: “which type of certification do I need?” and “who should I ask to do it?”. Kolay Tercüman helps with both: you choose the document type and language pair, your request is sent to suitable translation offices, and you compare the quotes side by side.
We do not do the translation ourselves. We make sure the request reaches the right office, the document is handled securely and the job can be followed in one place.
How it works
- You choose the document type, language pair, certification type and turnaround.
- You upload your document; while quoting, offices do not see it, only summary information.
- Quotes come in; you compare price and turnaround and choose the office yourself.
- Document access opens to the office you chose, and you follow the job from your account.

Declared versus verified
Some of the information in the directory is the office’s own declaration (such as which languages it offers or which document types it works with). Some of it is verified by the platform. We show the two separately on our pages and never present a declaration as a verification.
The words “sworn translation” are a declaration too: always confirm the type of certification you need with the institution you are submitting the document to. One institution may accept a document with a sworn translation, while another asks for notarisation or an apostille for the same document.
Our principles
- We do not publish numbers we cannot verify. The figures on the site come from real records.
- Your document is yours. While quoting, offices do not see the document; full access opens only to the office whose quote you accept.
- We keep our promises in one place. The security and retention promise is the same on every page.
- We do not ask for data we do not need, and we do not run measurement you have not agreed to.
